Since founding Daylight Savings in 1991 Mr. Boese has overseen all technical and business operations, including studies for almost 10,000 facilities covering more than 300 million square feet. These studies were provided for existing and new construction for all facility types and NAICS classifications: commercial, institutional, industrial/manufacturing, multifamily and government. Work has been provided in the NYC Metro area, across the nation, in Canada, and in Peru. Building models have been created for structures as far and wide as Kabul, Afghanistan and Baghdad, Iraq.
As Director of Business Development, Mr. Lauricella is responsible for providing marketing and sales management for the company’s energy efficiency consulting services to the commercial, industrial, multifamily, and municipal markets. He is also the primary contact for many state and utility funded programs, such as NYSERDA’s Multifamily Performance Program, NYSERDA’s FlexTech Program, Con Edison’s C&I Program, and Enterprise Green Communities. Mr. Lauricella joined The Daylight Savings Company in 2004 after a successful career at a Fortune 500 specialty chemical company.
Felicia Van Doran
Ms. Van Doran provides daily management of program activities including: customer outreach, application qualification, database management, reporting, scheduling, quality control and customer follow up. Ms. Van Doran also reviews specifications for incentive applications and installed measures.
Mr. Simchick is a Professional Engineer, a LEED Accredited Professional, a Multi-Family Building Analyst and an Existing Building Commissioning Professional. Mr. Simchick has ten years of experience in Engineering Design, ASHRAE Level, I II & III Audits and as a Commissioning and RCx Certified Authority.
Mr. Passaro is a Certified Energy Manager and an Existing Building Commissioning Professional. Mr. Passaro has seven years of experience in Energy Efficient Design, ASHRAE Level, I II & III Audits and as a Commissioning and RCx Qualified Authority. Mr. Passaro is an expert in building modeling with eQUEST and TREAT.
Ms. LaPerle has a background in solid waste management including landfill gas to energy, co-authoring articles for peer-review journals. Ms. LaPerle performs ASHRAE Level I and II energy audits, provides technical review and implements retro-commissioning projects.
