About Us

The Daylight Savings Company, established in 1991, is an engineering firm dedicated to helping clients effectively use, manage and conserve energy. We are the “Go To” source when you need to identify and implement energy savings on commercial and multifamily properties. Our clients include building owners and managers, architects, engineers, members of the real estate and construction industries, utility companies, state officials and more.

We specialize in putting government incentives and programs to work to reduce high utility costs in new and existing facilities and systems.

The Daylight Savings Company has completed over 5000 projects in commercial, manufacturing, multifamily, hospital, educational, hospitality, industrial and multi-use facilities. We are an approved Flexible Technical Assistance (FlexTech) Consultant, a “Partner” in the Multifamily Performance Program (MPP) and the exclusive energy auditor for the Bronx, Westchester, Orange and Rockland counties for the New York State Energy and Development Authority (NYSERDA). The Daylight Savings Company is also the exclusive energy auditor for the Long Island Power Authority (LIPA).
